Description
This kit is for the crowd looking to be around the 300-500hp mark, this turbo has very good driving characteristics, fastest spool up (around 1400 RPM) and will do excellent while towing. Works great with STOCK Injectors to 30% over stock nozzle injectors.
This kit is the complete IDP T4 mounting system with 304ss up-pipes and intercooler piping, and includes the S363SXE turbo!! Just hook up your air filter and exhaust and this system is ready to run!
*94-97 and E-99 trucks will need to add plenums added to order, 99.5-03 can use existing plenums but it is not recommended.
**Includes 2.5-3″ boot for compressor outlet!

***You can now substitute the Borg Warner brand turbo for a tried and trued TDI unit to save some money! Spool up and flow are very similar to the 363SXE. TDI units come with a Billet wheel, SXE cover and 360* thrust washer for durability.

*NEW: Bypass tube now available for the 94-97 trucks that do not want to do an intercooler! Choose this option to substitute for intercooler pipes and you will get the boots and the pipe to seamlessly connect your turbo to our intake Y in the kit without the use of an intercooler. (3″ plenums required)
**94-97-Waste-gates NOT available on OBS trucks! Fire wall modifications might be necessary (depending on your body mount conditions) for the down pipe, even if you have a 3″ down pipe for the stock turbo in place already.
**94-97 trucks must have electric fuel system to run our T4 kit for the oil drain to work.
***94-97 trucks: We recommend replacing the body mounts if your are worn out to make the down pipe fit easy, find them HERE
