This kit includes ALL parts and pieces necessary for installation on the 94-97 trucks. INCLUDING FUEL BOWL DELETE AND IDP STAINLESS STEEL HARD LINE REGULATED RETURN!

**NEW PUMP OPTIONS**

-The BOSCH OEM 7.3L (Factory Super Duty 99-03 pump part number IDP-OBSFUEL-S) Pump system installs from the selector valve forward so it can still use BOTH tanks. This pump is the most reliable pump when going through the selector valve due to its lower volume.  It can supply up to a 180/30 injector but pressure will drop slightly on MAX effort tune at WOT (Around 425hp). This is the OEM pump for the 99-03 7.3L Super Duty trucks.  If you are going to run a larger than 180/30 injector or are already using a single tank, choose the BOSCH 464-200 from the options depending on your needs.

-The High Volume BOSCH 464-200 pump (Part number IDP-OBSFUEL-HF) is recommend to be installed on a SINGLE tank with a sump (or 5/8 draw straw) with a 1/2″ supply to utilize the volume it can provide and provide maximum pump life.  We have used this pump through the selector valve with success for years if the selector valve is not malfunctioning.  This pump can supply up to 275/200’s (Around 600hp) with a 1/2″ supply!!

Both of these systems DELETE the fuel bowl, gets rid of the pesky leaks associated with the stock fuel system/bowl and have a much better water and air separation/filtration than factory.

***INSTALLATION NOTES***

-Turbo will have to be removed/slid over to get the drivers side rear higher flowing fitting (JIC) in the head on the 94-97 trucks. We recommend taking the bolts out at the manifolds and then taking the down pipe loose as well as the pedestal bolts this way you can slide the whole assembly slightly out of the way for easy access to the drivers side fitting for R&R.

***BOSCH PUMP WARRANTY INFORMATION***

**The OEM Super Duty Bosch pump comes with a ONE year warranty through us, these pumps are very robust and has been great for our fuel systems with almost non existent failures. The biggest issue we have ran into is the OEM (30 years old now) and the aftermarket (China junk) selector valves failing causing starvation issues which can hurt the pumps over time. We have chose to offer the OEM 99-03 7.3L pumps for this reason as they do not have the suction that the Bosch 464-200 pumps have through the selector and failure is much less likely.

If you choose to run the Bosch 464-200 High Flow Pump through the selector valve there will be LIMITED warranty offered as of 5-15-26.  We will NOT warranty against starvation or leaks due to over pressurization. All previous systems sold warranty will be honored for the year. If you are running a single tank (no selector) we will warranty the Bosch 464-200 for a year.  That being said NO pump is fail proof when being starved so close attention needs to be paid when running through the selector valve still with any pump.

**If the pump is LOUD upon install that means there is a restriction pre-fuel system and it will need to be addressed!! New selector valve and in tank pick ups is the normal solution but the aftermarket valves have been VERY LOW quality here lately.  We HIGHLY recommend a sumped single tank or swap for lager 35 gallon capacity (F26E) and 1/2″ supply line for maximum pump life!

*Most ALL failure points are outside the fuel system itself.  The selector valve and the in tank pick ups are most common. We have found that these items are falling apart being plastic and worn causing them to not function correctly and that leads to 99% of ANY electronic fuel pump failure.  This is the case even if you are not having troubles with the mechanical pump as they don’t “care” about the having a full fuel supply like electric pumps will.

**The BEST option is to go to a larger 35 gallon single tank (Part number F26E) and bypass the selector valve all together. This tank installs directly in the rear tanks place with the same sending unit, you will just have to extend the float for you gauge reading as the tank is deeper and use a sump for fuel supply.  Fuel return can be tied directly into the OEM return at the top of the tank. We like to leave the selector on the frame because the in tank sending unit wiring goes through it.

**Sump kit includes: 9′ of 1/2″ supply hose, 18′ 3/8″ of return hose with quick connect and fittings to use for SINGLE rear tank.

This kit will NOT work on the E series van without modification. email us for more information!
