Add a sump for a no tank drop install!! This system is far more reliable than an Airdog or Fass system when it comes to the high pressures the 6.0L needs to keep the injectors supplied!

Maximize performance and efficiency of the fuel system in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with a regulated return. From the factory, the fuel system in your truck “dead-heads”, meaning that fuel cannot leave the fuel rail without going through your injectors. This is known to cause issues such as increased fuel temperatures, trapped air in the system and most importantly the inability to maintain steady pressure across all 8 injectors, especially in high-performance applications.
A regulated return solves this issue by plumbing the fuel rails together through an Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator to create a flow-through design. The fuel pressure regulator also gives you the ability to adjust your fuel pressure which can be measured through the included Aeromotive liquid-filled pressure gauge. Built from only the top quality components, this kit includes braided fuel lines with black anodized fittings, and a stainless steel regulator mounting bracket.
Our high-quality braided lines are specially designed to eliminate the need for joining multiple lines together. The braided lines are then routed over to the driver side near the coolant reservoir tank where the fuel pressure regulator is neatly mounted on the firewall with our stainless steel no-drill bracket. This kit is great for stock and high performance applications. For use on trucks that do not have an EGR Cooler.
