1994.5-1995 7.3L CNC Fabrication Stage 2 High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) PN: 424016
We have increased the flow of this pump to about 30% more flow than a brand-new Bosch 99.5-03 pump with our in-house made swash housing upgrade. This is plenty enough volume to sustain 250/100 hybrid injectors. We have been running one of these particular pumps in one of our drag racing trucks featuring our 250/200cc injectors and we have been data logging the whole race season maintaining 3000+ psi with 40-45% duty cycle. We cannot guarantee that it will keep up in a “hot/race” tune for everyone as there are variables between injector builders on how well they build them, or you may have slightly worn o-rings in your high-pressure oil system.
This pump is more recommended for 230-250cc/100% nozzle hybrid injectors but will also do very well with stock injectors as the increased volume will give you better throttle response. Any larger injector will more than likely require a larger pump setup.
