Simply use your EFILive™ software to change your DSP5 Switch Type from “hard wire” to “serial”. Once you are set up to support “serial” communication, simply use the up and down arrow buttons on your Insight to adjust EFILive™ tunes on-the-fly.

Data Logging Software

Gives users the ability to monitor EGTs and add an additional 0-100 PSIg boost and -40F to 300F temp sensors for ultimate control. This kit is designed for those truck owners who have upgraded turbo or turbos and other mods, where the stock sensors just arent enough anymore. This kit is ideal for trucks participating in dyno competitions, sled pulls, and drag racing.

This is a tremendous new feature for truck owners! Customers can now hook up accessories like aftermarket lights, air compressors, etc. and engage them from the CTS. Install the new switch and use Edge’s MyStyle software to name your accessory to display right on the screen and take advantage of Edge’s clean EAS daisy chain link system to turn your truck’s tools on/off. The EAS Power Switch can control two accessories per each switch.
*The EAS Universal Turbo Timer part # 98604:
Is designed for all diesel engines besides the 2006-2012 Dodge Cummins. The 2006-2012 Dodge Cummins EAS Turbo timer part # is 98612. The 2006-2012 Dodge Cummins uses different connectors for installation. A turbo timer is a device designed to keep an engine running for a pre-specified period of time or a until a specific temperature is reached in order to automatically execute the cool-down period required to prevent premature turbo wear and failure. This also allows the lubricating oil from the engine to circulate properly so the turbine won’t burn the lubricating oil that would otherwise be trapped within the charger with the turbine rotating at high speed. The Edge Accessory System (EAS) was created with future expandability in mind. The architecture of the EAS allows users to connect multiple accessories, daisy-chain style, to the CS and CTS platform. The ability to daisy-chain multiple accessories using the EAS allows users to monitor and display dozens of parameters on a single device. *Turbo timers are only available to work with the CS and CTS product lines. In order to use the turbo timer you must have an EAS Starter kit (part # 98602). EAS Starter kits come with all Juice w/ Attitude CS and CTS products and the EAS Starter Kit w/ Expandable EGT (part # 98603).
*The EAS Data Logging Kit (98618):
Is for the ultimate diesel enthusiast! This kits gives users the ability to monitor EGTs in two different locations, two 0-100 PSIg boost sensors, and two -40F to 300F temp sensors for unmatched monitoring. This kit is designed for truck owners who have upgraded turbo or turbo’s, and other mods where the stock sensors just aren’t enough anymore. Truck owners who use trucks for dyno competitions, sled pulls, and drag racing need this kit. Fine tuning these trucks can be difficult, but with the Edge Data Logging Kit you can log runs, view logs, and make adjustments as needed for maximum performance.
The EAS EGT probe is a sensor that allows users to monitor critical Exhaust Gas Temperatures to ensure added power is not creating excessive heat which, in turn, can cause engine damage. This kit is ideal for the daily diesel driver or if you are towing then it’s a must have! Towing can put a lot of strain on the truck and make it run hot. Don’t be left on the side of the road with an overheated truck because you didn’t watch your Exhaust Gas Temperatures with the Edge EAS EGT.
The EAS 0-100 PSIg Boost Sensor is the perfect sensor for an aftermarket turbo that can build more boost than the stock MAP sensor can read. Simply install this sensor, use MyStyle to set up the sensor, and have the ability to see what kind of boost you can build. Or maybe you are trying to fine tune your truck and need to install a drive pressure sensor or fuel pressure sensor the Edge 0-100 PSIg sensor is your answer.
