500-550hp 7.3L Power Combinations
If you are looking for 500+RWHP out of your 7.3L, look no further! Here is a guide assuming you have the basic mods such as intake/exhaust and gauges. Products marked with a * are optional, but all products are HIGHLY recommended. The set up in the dyno graph included the S369SX-E and a set of 205/100 hybrids. Notice how the power lays over and is flat, not just a peak. We have made as much as 565RWHP with 250/100’s and the 369SX-E turbo.

Turbo size recommendations:
T4 364.5SXE We recommend for STOCK injectors and all injectors with a 30% nozzle and M/T trucks looking for 500hp on 238/100’s. This charger spools faster than a 366SXE (GREAT FOR TOWING) and has plenty of flow for STOCK power to around 500hp! We recommend using a .91 housing.
T4 366SXE We recommend using this turbo for 100% nozzles. While still spooling quick, this charger flows enough for 550-575hp on the big end with 100% nozzle Hybrids. We recommend using a .91 housing.
369SXE We recommend this turbo for anything over 550RWHP. We have used this charger with all 100% nozzle injectors all the way up to 300/200’s where we made 625RWHP. Use a .91A/R for under 600hp and a 1.0A/R for over 600hp.
